Hi, I'm Nick
I started Skarda Home Improvements, LLC to give homeowners one person to call for exterior work, instead of five.
I’ve spent the past 10+ years working in the residential and commerical construction industry, managing projects from the early planning stages through final completion. That experience has taught me how to coordinate the right people, maintain high standards, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships with clients throughout the years.

Construction has been part of my life since I was a young child and I’m proud to be a third-generation construction professional, following in the footsteps of both my father and grandfather. Growing up around their work gave me an early appreciation for quality craftsmanship, honest business, and building projects and relationships that last..

Whether you’re adding a new deck or fence, upgrading your driveway, or improving your home’s exterior, you’ll have one dependable point of contact to coordinate the details, bring in the right professionals, and make the entire project happen from start to finish the Skarda way.
My goal is simple: make improving your home feel easy, organized, and stress free. I want every customer to feel like they have someone in their corner from start to finish.
